Payment Method
If a customer gets product quotation from our company and confirm this quotation so, total amount this quotation customer 40- 50% amount advance payment before installation. If customer deny this rules, we did not provide any services. “Every customer after receiving a quotation from us will give us a work order and it will be written that we are accepting all the items and the total amount of your quotation”. Total amount to be paid to the company within 7 days after system installation. If more than 10 days, then you have to pay total amount with extra charge. Otherwise, we will open the fully installed system and later you will pay us the total amount first and then you will get full service from us.
Warranty
All CCTV Camera Like Dome camera, Bullet camera, Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Network Video Recorder (NVR) Free Repairing Warranty only for 2 years.
Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) mean camera power supply Repairing Warranty Only for 3 Month. CCTV Coaxial cable in Installation time any internal damage, we full replace for customer buy the coaxial cable,,
But customer side after digital security system properly installation. Natural disaster, earthquake, heavy air flowing, any person stolen, any person broken force fully, we not responsible ….this is only customer responsibility.
AMC (Non-Comprehensive)
In this type AMC not an include any digital security product each to each replacement, full system replacement, repairing. New installation etc.
INCLUDE into all installed product full clean properly ,check all connectors, check all cameras with dvr/nvr, and proper dust clean , check all system working properly. This AMC 4 times visit a year ..if customer request or any emergency visit ,we apply extra charge, that depend on your side how much time work and how much quantity services. If this AMC any product repair /replacement so we apply extra charge this work. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full.
